Seacoast CPR & First Aid Instructor

I’ve been teaching CPR and First Aid since 2005, and I’ve always believed that learning these skills should feel empowering—not intimidating. My classes are hands‑on, interactive, and grounded in real‑world scenarios so you can build confidence through practice, not just theory.

I train workplaces, teachers, parents, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared, as well as those working in marine environments—from harbor staff and aquarium teams to recreational and professional divers. No matter who I’m teaching, my goal is the same: to help people feel capable, calm, and ready to step in during an emergency.

When we strengthen our own skills, we strengthen our community. I’m proud to help create safer spaces for the people who live, work, and explore our beautiful coastal region.

Do you require hands-on skill practice with your CPR and first aid courses?

Yes! Hands-on skills practice is critical for learning and a requirement for certification.

All courses include eLearning to be completed online at your own pace when it is most convenient for you.

Student certification is earned once you demonstrate full competency in both the academic material and required skills. We find this blended approach works best with feedback from students feeling confident in their ability to respond in an emergency after taking our courses.
