Seacoast CPR & First Aid Instructor
I’ve been teaching CPR and First Aid since 2005, and I’ve always believed that learning these skills should feel empowering—not intimidating. My classes are hands‑on, interactive, and grounded in real‑world scenarios so you can build confidence through practice, not just theory.
I train workplaces, teachers, parents, and anyone who wants to feel more prepared, as well as those working in marine environments—from harbor staff and aquarium teams to recreational and professional divers. No matter who I’m teaching, my goal is the same: to help people feel capable, calm, and ready to step in during an emergency.
When we strengthen our own skills, we strengthen our community. I’m proud to help create safer spaces for the people who live, work, and explore our beautiful coastal region.
